Keanna's Cardboard Bridge
In Room 8 we have been learning about bridges. We went on a walk along the riverbanks of the mighty Waikato to look at 4 of the 6 bridges that span the river. Each bridge has its own unique design and is built from different materials. Keanna built her own cardboard bridge. It is a one lane bridge with ramps at either end. She has used straws for the lights and can you believe it the obstacle that it is crossing is a river like the Waikato river. She even has people on the top of her bridge at the lookout. amazing!
