Today we met Lobo a service dog. Service dogs help people with disabilities. Sometimes people have a part of their body that doesn't work properly and a dog can help them out in lots of special ways. Service dogs also help find people that are trapped in buildings. Lobo is not a service dog yet because he is too young. He is not even 1 yet. He will have to go through a lot of training first. He is a Labrador breed. Labradors have a very kind nature that make them perfect for helping people. Sometimes children with disabilities take their dogs to school each day to help them stay safe and independent.
