  1. Dear Room 8
Thanks for making ANZAC buiscuits! They are deliscious to eat. When I started smelling them cooking I started to drool! Mrs Paraha could tell I really wanted one.
I enjoyed eating the warm, tasty treat you made for me. There was no chance of it lasting for a long time because I ate it straight away. I learnt from Room 7 that the sodiers' families made these biscuits because they knew they wouldn't go off before they arrived in the post!

  2. Yum! Anzac Biscuits. I still remember making these with my Grandma but you don't need to work out how long ago that was!! It was definitely after World War 2. Do you know why the Anzac recipe was designed and why? Try to find out and I have a cool memorial biscuit tin to share with you if you like.
I hope you will make your Anzac Biscuits at home to share with your family also.
